LASER CUTTING

Laser cutting is a technological process where a high-powered laser cuts materials, such as metals and plastics, to a specific measurement and design, leaving the edges flat and the design accurate.

We have two lasers on site:

  • Amada LC 2415, 2500 watt, 4’ x 8’ cutting capacity with no reposition. Reposition allows us to cut longer lengths when needed.
  • Amada LCG 3015, 2000 watt, 5’ x 10’ cutting capacity with a flying optic laser system.

Types of Materials we cut:

  • Carbon Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Titanium
  • Plastics

Thicknesses for each Material:

  • Carbon Steel: Up to 1/2”
  • Stainless Steel, Titanium & Aluminum: Up to 1/4”
  • Plastics: Up to 1/8”
